Kayla Undead

Kayla Undead, the first sequel to Kayla and the Devil, is now available for Kindle download.  Darker and a bit gorier than the first Kayla book, this second installment should appeal equally to fans of horror and urban/paranormal fantasy.  A Nook edition will follow in the next week or so.

Hard to give specifics at this point because I've got some other books to write before I can get back to Kayla. But I can tell you a few general things. The events of the first two Kayla books took place within a few weeks of each other, but the third book (when it happens) will jump forward to the following summer. Also, most of the characters featured in Kayla Undead will return, including Audrey Marlowe and the vampires. The devil may put in an appearance next time, as well.

Hej,

Any chance you will have this book available in other formats other than for kindle devices? Quite a few people have other e-devices...

Hej,

What type device do you use? It is also currently available for Nook download at bn.com.

Hej,

I have an android device and i am aware i can download the kindle and/or nook apps for android (not sure about the latter) but it is a hassle. Any chance u will have the book available in print?

just did some research, is the nook version in epub format and does that mean i can use a generic reader like mantano reader premium which also reads pdf?

I have no doubt if i get this book u will be forced to produce the 3rd and 4th qucikly :-)

I don't know what a Mantano reader is. Maybe it's not available here in the US, I'm not sure. But the Nook version is in epub format, so maybe that would work for you in that case.

The problem with these Kayla books is that they are self-published and I'm reliant on the assistance of others to get them out there in the various formats. This is because I don't have the technical know-how myself. So far I've been able to make available what are the primary standard digital formats in the US, but I will investigate what I can do about other formats.

A print edition of Kayla Undead is not available yet, but that is something that hopefully will happen in the not too distant future.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by these format issues and do hope you get to read the book soon.

Well, I tried buying the book on bn but apparently it needs a state/zip code even though i live in sweden, so I guess it is just to wait a while.

I have no idea how it is done but maybe u could consider selling the books from your site, using Paypal, possibly. I have no idea the cost of setting that up but it could be something to look into.

Anyway, i guess i will have to write to bn for some workaround

Give me your email address and I'll just email you an epub copy.

Other people out there...don't view the above as open season on requesting free copies of ebooks. I just think someone repeatedly and demonstrably trying this hard to get the ebook should get it.

Hej,

After your post, I could not admittedly sat that I did try hard enough, so I did some searching and found a kindle app for my tablet and I was able to purchase the book thru Amazon. My only issue is the price difference compared to BN but not enough to for me to grumble about considering how much I usually pay for books.

And for the record, I would have loved to have had a free copy but I am well aware the issues that writes and other artist have with piracy and I thought it time for help your cause (i.e. continue writing) in any small way that I could.

Maybe one day, I will find it difficult to get one of your books and I will take you up on your offer.

Anyway, keep up the good work and all the best
