This is a clip for a song called "Look At You" by the Backyard Babies. It's from their 1999 album Total 13, which is probably my favorite pure rock and roll album of the post-GNR era (original GNR, that is). Their last couple albums, unfortunately, haven't been as good, but any real rock and roll fan should have Total 13 in their collection.
